Personally you have reminded me of certain things that I will need to put into my writing, since I am doing the same focus topic though also learning styles, so I shall probably end up referencing your website at some stage. I can give you the actual date I wrote that report also, if you so desire... I like the simple layout you've used, the format is easy to follow and your ideas are very well presented. I'd agree with having a look through 'Coat of Many Pockets', I used it briefly for my EET project and will be comming back to it when I get around to finishing my EXE. I should have it finished soon. I did behaviour management as my first assignment, and I have one suggestion to make regarding your "best practice." I think it is important to include building strong relationships with students and planning interesting lessons so that they are less likely to misbehave.
