		<description>Your &#039;Best Practice&#039; should say more about what u believe makes a good teacher... If your concentration is on Classroom management i suggest you mention a little more about what teachers do to demonstrate those dot points you mentioned...like what exactly is it that you want to model?
The website is presented really well and is very easy to follow. I
especially like the links to each page in the side bar and how you&#039;ve
set it out to refer to your blog as well... this shows your knowledge
of two technologies which I think is good.

In regards to your blog page:
-it&#039;s a very good point that you make when you say we need to be clear and consistent. It&#039;s so true that students need to learn how to behave in your classes.
If I could offer a suggestion, it&#039;s to maybe say a bit more about your ideas of best practice...</description>
